During this session in our Nourish series we are joined by Trionne Barnett, a senior faculty member of the Overcome Anxiety Clinics. During our session Trionne shares how we can use breathwork, meditation and gentle movement techniques to help to break the psychological, behavioral, biochemical, and physical cycles that contribute to anxiety.
