It can be easy to push personal nourishment aside, but now more than ever it’s essential that we make the time so we can keep ourselves healthy and more able to positively impact our communities.
During session 3 of our Nourish series we are joined by Quiana Grace Frost have been teaching yoga for over 40 years. During our session she skillfully integrates asana and breathwork though our gentle movement together. This is a great session for those who are new to yoga, and for those with more experience to go deeper.
