It can be easy to push personal nourishment aside, but now more than ever it’s essential that we make the time so we can keep ourselves healthy and more able to positively impact our communities.
During session 2 of our Nourish series we are joined by Edwin & Myoshin Kelley have been studying and practicing meditation since 1975. While they have lived all over the world, they moved to the twin cities in 2009 to help establish the global Tergar Meditation Community. They are truly incredible teachers of meditation, and able to break down meditation and mindfulness in a way that feels accessible and inviting to anyone!
