Nourish Series: Nourishing Yourself Financially

Welcome to a bonus Week 7 of our Nourish Series. Over the last 6 weeks we got to hear from some wonderful educators.  We learned new tips around meditation, mindfulness, yoga, qi-gong, nutrition, and other ways to bring greater balance and nourishment into our lives.

Over the course of the Nourish series several people asked how we can use a nourishment lens to understand how to find greater balance financially. Imbalance hinders our ability to live with ease and abundance.  We can experience imbalance financially and/or with our health.  My experiences in both the health and wealth has helped me see just how important it is to bring balance to ourselves on both the health side AND the wealth side. During our video we go through practical financial and emotional tips to understand how we more deeply nourish yourself in relationship to wealth.  I hope this video inspires you to find new ways to bring nourishment to your finances.
