Your Nourishment Month


I don’t know about you, but this Fall has seemed much more “full” than last year. I find myself occasionally struggling to find the slower balance I normally like to lean into as November approaches. Others I have talked to are feeling a similar way, so I thought this would be a good time to continue to share a few tips and tools to incorporate to keep yourself Nourished as we move into winter. We are pleased to offer “Nourish November.”

Over the month we will be offering three live Thursday sessions (recordings available after) including tips for stress and anxiety with Trionne Barnett, a gentle yoga class taught by one of my favorite yoga teachers Melissa Spamer in New Mexico, and diet and lifestyle tips as we move into winter and the Holiday season. In addition to the three live courses, we will be emailing you other diet and lifestyle tips and recipes throughout the month.

About the Presenters
Kerry Meath-Sinkin CFP® AIF® MPH C.Ayur
As you may know there is an integral connection between your wealth and your health. Our goal with wealth planning is to help you reduce your financial stress, so that you can sleep better, feel more at ease, and live a more nourishing life. However, I thought this was a particularly important time to take off my CFP® hat for a minute, and help you nourish yourself on the health side. In addition to my work as a partner and wealth advisor with the firm, I also hold a Master’s in Public Health and graduate certificate in Ayurvedic medicine. I have been teaching medical students, doctors, and therapists lifestyle and wellness practices for over a decade and really love bringing this to you. I will lead the last session, and be joined by the following internationally recognized educators during our series together.
Melissa Spamer
Melissa Spamer has been teaching yoga around the world for over 25 years facilitating classes, retreats and seeing private clients since 1997. She also holds a Master’s degree in counseling psychology, a degree in Ayurvedic Medicine, and holistic healthcare. She currently lives in Sante Fe, New Mexico.
Trionne Barnett
Trionne has become a senior faculty member for Overcome Anxiety clinics founded over a decade ago. Through their program they have developed a step by step protocol using natural techniques to help thousands of individuals overcome their anxiety; GAD, Panic Disorder, PTSD. Trionne also teachers at the Carollton Springs Mental health Facility and is the Stress Management Specialist for the Dean Ornish Program for reversing Heart Disease at Texas Health Resources.
